Donald Carty is a Personal Training and Development Consultant and is the imaginative force behind the organization. He believes that life is filled with possibilities waiting to be realized, rich with meanings calling out to be understood. 

This idea of a mystical or spritual dimension to life, the “not visible” or the “not yet” that can only be known through intuition or by a leap of faith, is far more important to Donald Carty than the world of material things.   

Enhancing Donald Carty's 25-year sales and management consulting career, he has also been involved as a volunteer with various cultural and community groups. It has always been his belief - or should we say, vision - that Organizations, like Families, are better understood as the sum of their interactions rather than the sum of their parts. The same can be said of Society.   

Guided by this vision, Donald G. Carty's work involving the assimilation of diverse interests has been the most fulfilling part of his professional and personal life.   

Having nonpartisan views on issues allows Donald Carty an open mind and patience to remain focused and unbiased towards the concerns and issues of various peoples. By design, his life's work has involved many types of people-oriented activities. Some have been based on modern technical systems as well as an empathetic, sixth sense approach.
